James really knows the business and he’s working for you! He’s unbelievably accessible, and organized. You have any questions and he’s a text/email away, and his years of experience is truly valued! As a first time Home buyer, I made the foolish assumption that the big banks were the way to go for mortgage planning. Not only did RBC tell me I was "pre-approved" for 500K, but told me to "go shopping". I bought a Pre-build condo, and when I actually applied for the mortgage a few weeks later, they said I was denied(for 100K less than pre-approval) and offer NO support or suggestions to my problem of already putting my down payment in(which I understand was ultimately, my mistake).
