My experiences with the folks and services at James River Public Transit has been top of the line. The folks who answer my calls for rides have always kindly accommodated and reaccommodated my transport tion needs within Jamestown whenever I have asked. For that I am always grateful. The drivers I have met have been helpful and kind, and seem to know many of the people they serve. Jamestown is indeed fortunate to have this service and these good professionals serving the Community.

They run a lending closet for medical equipment. My husband fell and broke his pelvic bone and 4 ribs. I was glad to be able to get a wheelchair, shower stool and some other useful items.
Had a meal. Not impressive.
