Honestly, this has been the most awful experience ever. The lack of communication is unacceptable. They lose your information, or do not know anything about you at all. It is understandable that they have a heavy case load, but just everything about the program to the case managers is not professional. Wish the court system didn't use them. It costs you extra money because they are always "too busy" to do anything on time.
