I have been waiting on my 2023 taxes to be refiled and 2024 to be done and I just keep getting excuses after excuses of why they havent completed them.. the kicker is that they are still charging my card for services even though the work hasn't been completed nor have I received any current or future tax planning services.. . I've asked for the current refund but still haven't heard back and it's been over a month

Run away. Highly incompetent staff, unresponsive, unprofessional, James Rainwater as a human nowhere to be found. Someone else by the name Deen (or similar) who is in charge does nothing to resolve the issues. Charged me for a full year of membership and guidance that resulted in zero savings. The worst experience we've had with an accounting firm.

Keep trying to charge me quarterly and repeatedly despite us cancelling and never utilizing them due to one of their execs not even recognizing me ona meeting. I don’t want anyone in my business who doesn’t remember their clients. Got it all taken care of at HR Block immediately. This company is overrated and will try to rob you.
