I am a recent client of James rainwater and I hope if you’re reading this you don’t make the same mistake I did. James and his team are extremely unprofessional, they will not respond once they have your money. They files my taxes an entire year late and their only excuse was they were “busy”. They overcharge you basic tax planning and then when you ask to schedule a meeting will book you for 3 months out. I've worked with many CPAs - this is certainly the team for people who are interested in getting a solid hold on their taxes and tax planning.
