Contacted the bank ahead of time to ensure I had all the paperwork and items necessary to open a personal account an a business account for a local business. Took time off to do come in, with everything the bank said we required to open the accounts. Was given incorrect information about requirements that were repeated in person when we first arrived. Constantly blocking me from even being able to see how much funds I have in my account can’t login to the mobile app cause I’m blocked I only have a saving account and don’t owe them money so why is it so difficult for me to access the basic features of my account cause I’m pretty sure the owners smart but somebody working there is making yall look really incompetent my uncle doesn’t deal with these problems and I started an account on his good faith but I’ve been let down

They accidentally deposited my money into someone else’s account because they were busy the next day they made it right but acted like the person was just busy and it was no big deal If I hadn’t saved my deposit slip with the wrong account number on it I’m not sure what would of happened
