The refinancing process was quick, honest and convenient. James answered our questions clearly, providing us the needed information to make the correct choice to complete the refinancing process. James offered us and held the best rates in the market.
We spoke to James to discuss regarding refinancing, considering the low rates. He made us understand the TRUE savings we would get, with the refinance. We did some research and understood his assessment and finalized that a refinance would actually NOT benefit us. I am giving him a 5 starts since I spoke to many loan guys and none of them really helped us understand the actual savings, and we believed that a lower rate would mean more savings.
