Compared to some JP stores in NY, this store is bigger and does not feel like a walk-in closet. Dressing rooms are smaller but nice. Great selection of dresses and tees/tanks.
Purchased two very expensive cashmere sweaters. Upon the second wearing, they snagged and are now unsightly. I called the store and the manager told me that is how the sweaters wear and I should take it to a dry cleaner. They would offer no other recourse other than shipping it back to them. Both options just added cost. I will never buy one of their sweaters again.
A very nice, new store with beautiful clothes, and Malia and Andre were wonderful help. Kylie was as well the first time I visited. Highly recommend.
