Honestly, people there were super nice even though the ratings weren’t the best. I was surprised to be treated so well! Nice job team!
One star for rude service!!! Five stars for the merchandise. Nice shop with quality merchandise but the male sales associate (cashe ?) was so rude I almost left without a purchase. The other associates were very nice.
The customer service was so bad. I asked if they charge for plastic since we are not local to the state and a 6'11 short black haired brown skin male said "well global warming is real" in such a rude manner. Its unaccepted to have your employees push their conspiracies and attack your customers. There was 7 of us and we all put our stuff on the floor and left and told the other group that was coming in to turn back because of the rude service; which they also had turned back.
