Jim did an outstanding job of helping us navigate through the various "twists and turns" one experiences when starting a new business. Mr. Downey has been a fixture in our lives for the past probably 8+ years. Ours was a very complicated situation that involved a family business and another business venture that didn't end up on the right path. To say the very least, a very delicate situation that was very emotionally and financially taxing on us. It was a rollercoaster of events that Mr. Downey handled efficiently and professionally with the best possible outcome for us.
