Avoid. The lack of professionalism this individual carries is stunning. Why anyone would want to work with such a personality-particularly when there is so many options is beyond me.
Worst Paralegal Award goes to James Moak! Extremely unprofessional. Incapable of reading simple submissions or ignores them altogether to then advise he never seen them. 3 years of dealing with this individuals incompetence.
