Started out like the guy knew his stuff... I did everything he asked, sent all information, contacted him everytime any contact was made with Social Security. Before a decision was made he sent me a letter that he was dropping me because "I didn't do anything", along with a pamphlet for his services lol. I called him immediately and I reminded Mr. Brown in fact I did everything he request and I kept copies of all documents, along with dates and times of every correspondence to him and social security was made. Started helping me with disability then stopped responding to my calls. I only have 30 days to appeal and I can't get new representation without a letter from him saying he is no longer representing my case. Also the number provided gives some automated message about a life alert button and I can't even get through to the voice mail now.
He began helping me in early December, then suddenly quit responding after having me sign agreements. That’s not quite professional and I’m extremely upset considering he was so highly recommended to me. I’m taking my case solo now, thanks.
I am young with a long list of medical issues. I've been told it would be tough and exhausting to try and file for disability at my age. That's until i found Jim.
