Once again I had a great visit with NP Amanda Wilson. So appreciate the pertinent questions.
I had a good experience with my initial laser treatments, which is why this has been disappointing. I purchased a package of three treatments and still have one prepaid treatment remaining. My May appointment was canceled because the office’s laser needed repairs, and I was told I would be contacted to reschedule once it was back up and running. It’s now July, and I have not received any follow-up. I’ve also tried contacting the office but haven’t been able to get a response. I understand that equipment repairs can take time... read more
