Do not use!! Horrible customer service , they stopped answering my calls after they dropped my case because Edith Montelongo fumbled starting my file in a timely manner. So now I have to fight insurance company on my own after they initially said they would handle everything with my case.
honestly I had James as an attorney he is not a good one! I wouldn't recommend him at all! I lost my house cuz of him got extra time cuz of his lack of defense! I tryd telling him about me not wanting to plea out on one my charges that I had no involvement in and he told me we have no choice! hes like well you are going to trial then like giving me no choice! he was a court appointed attorney! and honestly he was more on there side than mine I trying telling him to put all theas motions in and he never did! he should be a pr... read more
