I have been seeing James for about 9 years for whatever ailments arise. Office is very clean and inviting. James is kind, a great listener and very knowledgeable.
James Shinol and his staff always go above and beyond to accommodate my difficult working schedule. The office is always clean and the staff is always professional. I was so lucky to find them while trying to get pregnant. My husband and I were blessed with twins! We both still go to him for other treatments and we couldn't be happier. This office has changed our lives for the better. I would recommend James Shinol to anyone looking to receive acupuncture! He is so knowledgeable and is always looking to help.
Incredible results! Just the care I needed to help my hip pain resolve and get back to everyday life pain free. Everything about my treatments have been comforting and relaxing. James is so kind and knowledgeable and is extremely accommodating when scheduling my appointments. He is truly invested in his patients health journeys. I am always so happy to recommend him to everyone for various treatments.
My appointment was suddenly cancelled because I worked when they sent me a message and I couldn't respond immediately to their message while I was working. Both the practitioner working for the practice and the owner, James Shinol were very rude and disrespectful when I discussed with them their policies, they treat clients as disposable objects.
