Poor accounting support, disorganized, false promises. onboarded february 2025 after 1.5 month delay onboarding when i first reached out. basically brand new quickbooks with 4 months of transactions starting off with. constantly had to call and ask for books to be updated and reconciled throughout the year, my account issues were pushed off until October with the books still not done and now with half a year of backlogged issues from the original cleanup they were supposed to have done in february. switched me around from 3 ... read more
My husband used them last year they were okay communication definitely wasn’t there. This year is really bad. My husband had to call multiple times he’s pretty much doing their job and the price they are charging to do their taxes is crazy. They won’t do anything in person because “ it’s stresses the tax man out”. Just not a very professional place. I DO NOT recommend using them.
