We hired "Jay" at the end of 2020. At first, he was very professional and very responsive. However, by June 2021, he abandoned all communications(I'm assuming he realized he was outclassed by the defendant's counsel). He would not reply to phone calls or emails. I even went to his office and voiced my concerns, as well as sending him a letter in the mail. After five (5) months of zero communications, I fired "Jay" due to his negligence . For the next month, he refused to give us our case file, and he still has yet to refund ... read more
