We met Kelley in 2017 when she helped us with guardianship for our two boys who had entered our lives by foster care. Their biological mother had gained reunification with them, but over the course of a couple months, she was having us keep them for her. When it came time for the oldest to start kindergarten, my husband told her she needs to enroll him in school, and she told my husband to do it. At that point, he spoke with Kelley.
