I am extremely disappointed with the service from this store. I ordered and paid for a sofa and was clearly promised delivery on a specific date, just four days after my purchase. I arranged my day around this and waited half a day for the delivery, only to realize I had received no message or notification. I had two items scheduled for delivery at the same time: a couch from James Lane (McGregor store) and a mattress from Sleeping Giant (Logan). Unfortunately, my experience with James Lane has been quite disappointing. The couch stock was backlogged - initially we have to wait 1 month for stock to arrive, end up waiting for 1.5 months , and there was no proactive communication or update from the James Lane McGregor team.
