Went into James lane today on a bit of a time crunch and Ari went above and beyond to make sure I had all my furniture for the best price!! The quality is excellent and will definitely be a returning customer!

I would never purchase from James Lane Macgregor again. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience and the way my order has been handled. I purchased items that were in stock back in June, only to later find out that the items I had already purchased had been sold to someone else. After calling multiple times, I was given several different explanations about what had happened, and I have now been told I’ll need to wait another 8 weeks for items that now are paid for in full.
