James and his team really know their business. The few times I talked to him on the phone before I was approved and we switched to email, he gave me all kinds of great advice. At some point I had to stop him and ask him to speak to me as if I were a small child. Real estate and loans are not my area of expertise. Hands down the best mortgage loan officer around. Jim has been my "go to" through what was just my 3rd refinancing and while I didn't think it could continue to improve from the prior experience, he continues to prove me wrong. From making the process as easy as possible to follow, the quick response time to questions and the late night/weekend emails and texts to keep the process moving along, he gives his 100%.
