U have been going to James J. Frisa four years. Acupuncture is a healthy choice for me.I had some major health problems before going to Frisa. It's noninvasive treatment for me. Also I'm a bit lazy. He does all the work. I just have to lay down and meditate while he works on me.the needles are not painful. Feels like you have been pricked. James also has color acupuncture.
