James is an excellent counterstrain resource and practitioner. He analyzed my issues and was able to address and remediate. Recommend.

Wonderful care with results!
I've been super sore with tight muscles from lots of repetitive work doing tile and stone care. Went to James for the first time yesterday and I feel "unlocked" so to speak. Lots of relief & slept great last night. I'll be back.
