Jim Hession is a very nice person, good listener and organized. However Jim's secretary, Sue, is not a good listener and sent Jim incorrect messages from me. Sue's poor communication ended our client/attorney relationship. Sue does not have a color printer and does not know how to format printing photos emailed to her. I would not recommend this law firm.
