Great experience through onboarding! Very pleased with the entire process. Everyone has been very helpful and made the transition as easy as possible.
We switched to Kaizen about 2 months ago, and it has been great. the onboarding process was thorough and painless. I was originally doing all the books for our auto shop small business (not a formally trained bookkeeper or CPA), and now that I see how Kaizen is doing it, I was fumbling around in the dark. I got it done, but Kaizen is so much more professional and accurate. To keep yourself from going crazy, and to be confident in your books and reports for your business, go with Kaizen.
Great company. Professional, knowledgeable. They work at the customer's pace to ensure full understanding of the process. Highly recommend them
Kaizen has been amazing to work with and are so thorough and organized! We have seen a big difference in the services provided than any accounting firm or book keeper we have used in the past. I highly recommend them!!
