I was a returning customer, and he absolutely screwed me. At my pretrial he filed for a subpoena for arraignment in which James told me i didn't have to go and he would on my behalf. He didn't. This resulted in a bench warrant. He also didn't answer my calls after paying him a retainer. I actually acted like another person who needed legal assistance and got put right through to him.
