Horrible experience! 1) If You want to fight your case via trial in Delaware County, this is NOT the guy for you! I have a STRONG feeling that this guy was my opposition . 2) If you want a plea deal, he can PROBABLY get you a half decent deal. Just know what you want. Deal vs Trial 3) A good lawyer can look at the evidence against you and tell if you if the the prosecutor has a slam dunk case (i.e. a 50 page paper trail, your face on video with tattoos', 20 witnesses, etc) or if the prosecutor will have a hard time meeting t... read more
