Save yourself money and don’t come here to fight a traffic ticket. I was recommended him by mistake and threw away money. I don’t know about his other services, but based on the one I am familiar with he’s terrible. I wouldn’t recommend him.
I can’t say enough good things about James Birch. He recently helped my son, with a ticket, and even though my son was never formally his client, James took the time to speak with him, give him advice, and make sure he knew exactly how to handle himself in court. James was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping him. His advice made a stressful situation so much easier, and thankfully, everything worked out. He takes care of everything, absolutely worth it. He is the best!!
Horrible experience. First time hiring a traffic attorney and last time as well. There was just no effort. No beneficiary to it. Obviously doing this you know there’s a risk of losing. But at least a little negotiation of something. Whether that’s lowering the points just a little or paying a fine but no points, something. Mr. Birch was a huge help with a serious speeding ticket I was facing, and because of his skill and experience, the case ended up getting dismissed. I really can’t recommend him enough.
