James Birch was referred to me from a friend. After spending weeks trying to navigate the Real ID DMV nightmare I was referred to James Birch. I am from New Jersey but when attempting to process a new NJ Drivers license it was blocked by a ticket in upstate New York from 1995. Without clearing up this issue with upstate New York you cannot renew a license in New Jersey. Best lawyer there is! I received a few traffic tickets and came to Mr. Birch for help. He returned my call very quickly and gave me great advice. He ended up representing me in court and once I gave him the ticket information, I didn’t even have to think about the ticket until I was given a not guilty verdict. He let me know the results the day after and I could not be happier with the experience. I will absolutely use him again if I get any more tickets.
