The staff is super friendly and they create a welcoming atmosphere which helped set my mind at ease especially as I was a bit anxious about the pain in my knees. My therapist Sheana is patient, methodical and encouraging. I “graduated” yesterday and it feels so good to have no more pain! I was also treated by Karen and Kelly who are also great. I am grateful and I highly recommend them.
I see all the glowing reviews, but I don't agree. First, the sanitizing is poorly done, or not done at all. From one patient to the next, equipment isn't cleaned. There are no curtains separating the patients. Everyone is laying on the tables where with their butts hanging out. Very unprofessional. Therapists are good, just caught up in a poorly run place.
This is the 2nd time I had to get physical therapy. My past experience (2018) with the team in the Port Jervis location was wonderful. I decided to go back to them again for this new medical situation. I just completed my pre surgical PT. Love the atmosphere. From the positive inspirational decor, to the choice of music playing, to the friendly professional staff, everything is geared to making the patient feel comfortable and relaxed while they are dealing with a not so relaxed situation.
