I have been trying to get ahold of these people for a long time they don't return phone calls they don't answer the phone they don't return messages nothing.

I’ve been calling to make payments for years now, Shandra was always very helpful and pleasant to speak to. The last couple of times I’ve called a new person would answer the phone. This new person is Shannon and she is the “office manager”. Shannon needs to have better customer service skills and low down her tone when she speaks to people. Very unpleasant to have to deal with an individual with that attitude.
