I dont recommend using these guys. I met them at a BBB event they were supposed to help me establish ************************. I did my taxes with them in 2023 and they filed an extension on my behalf without telling me then on the last day, the extensions were due. They called me at 5 PM. I have been treated very poorly by these guys they wont help me with a simple PDF Ive asked for. They want me to buy Adobe software so I can modify my own PDF rather than help me. Had a bad experience filing taxes with your company. Its true you don't answer your calls during business hours and you usually dont call back. You reply by text and expect text responses. If anyone has any doubts try calling his company and see if anyone answers.... NOTE: You filed extension on your own behalf (not mine) because you werent able to submit for me and many of your clients in a timely fashion. Note 2: Oct deadline... I had to call you to get it filed. You finally called me back the on the due date at 4:30pm.
