Precise, patient, kind, competent My husband and I recently had our first child and wanted to set up our estate/will/etc. We wanted to meet with the attorneys first to decide what we needed. We actually had met with 2 other attorneys before meeting Jim. The first didn't give us the time of day, didn't answer our questions and left us confused. Solid legal guidance in serene setting Some years ago I was looking for an attorney to create a trust with some unusual provisions. Based on a recommendation by my accountant, I met with Jim Miller. He was sensitive to my requirements and produced solid documents that honor all of them.
