I went to James Elkins CPA this year because I retired and during 2016 I refinanced my home and made energy upgrades. He understood the complex rules surrounding my retirement as it related to my three income sources. Regular pay, retirement income, and Social Security. He answered many questions before I could ask them. You won't be disappointed in his services.
Helped tremendously with a home we short-saled (and were issued a 10-99 for). He had to go over years of tax records, and he did an EXCELLENT job! I thought we'd owe, and he actually got us a refund.
