Jim Toland it's not only the best attorney I have ever had but he's one of the best, most honorable, men I've ever met. I needed immediate protection in a very delicate, abusive case. Not only did he treat me with respect but he is gone above and beyond to make sure my home is safe. I honestly cannot say enough about his firm and his ability. Not only is he highly respectable to women in my situation but he listens and takes his time to understand your case.
Just sharing my personal experience with this law firm and why I think nobody should ever use them again I paid them $3000 over 3 years ago A piece of equipment was stolen, and he convinced me that I could get my money back if i went with him and he has made no effort of any kind in the past 3 years to do anything for us. I think he’s more of an artist than a lawyer.
Very professional, gets things done, we have been using him for legal purposes for 5 yrs, never a problem. I highly recommend James Toland, Divorce, Criminal, Immigration, business, he takes care of his clients.
