Horrible customer service, lack of attention to detail and no accountability! Recently married with all legal name change done prior to meeting with and hiring, yet all communication was addressed to my previous last name, even after correcting the staff. Misquoted my refund 3 times. After a correction (not their mistake) was quoted the amount of the expected refund, and it was then reduced more. Worst accounting firm in Houston. If you’re looking to get ripped off, this is the place to go. They charge clients for their internal secretarial services work. They are habitual at over billing by using staff to pad bills, then will not file your taxes unless you pay them what they demand despite not having a written agreement authorizing them to charge you for staff. Look elsewhere for your accounting needs! I could not warn you more than staying away from these folks. There are many better options in Houston.
