Worst accounting firm in Houston. If you’re looking to get ripped off, this is the place to go. They charge clients for their internal secretarial services work. They are habitual at over billing by using staff to pad bills, then will not file your taxes unless you pay them what they demand despite not having a written agreement authorizing them to charge you for staff. Look elsewhere for your accounting needs! I could not warn you more than staying away from these folks. There are many better options in Houston.

I have had James DiFrancesco as my CPA for 15 years. The service they have provided for my personal accounting needs , my family partnership and my trustee account for my son have all been exemplary. Their prices are fair and I have never had an error on any of my returns. I have referred them to several of my friends who have complicated returns and they have all been very happy with James and his associates. I can recommend them without hesitation.
