I cannot recommend this attorney based on my experience. In my opinion, he mishandled my case and failed to do what he said he would do. He had me sign a document that, in my opinion, he did not fully understand himself, and I was very dissatisfied with how my case was handled. During my representation, he disclosed information to a third party in a way I believed was inappropriate. Mr. Lukowiak is hands down the best attorney out there. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, but with a bull dog personality. He will fight for you till the end. I had the pleasure of working with him for a couple of years and he got me everything I wanted/deserved and more. Sometimes that is not the case for everyone but Mr. Lukowiak was determined to get me to the finish line. This is in direct response to Mr. Joniaux’s comments(who by the way was not present at the trial and boyfriend of defendant). I was the plaintiff in this case, James Lukowiak got me everything I asked for, mainly keeping my daughter in the same school system where I live.
