Mr. Lukowiak is hands down the best attorney out there. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, but with a bull dog personality. He will fight for you till the end. I had the pleasure of working with him for a couple of years and he got me everything I wanted/deserved and more. This is in direct response to Mr. Joniaux’s comments(who by the way was not present at the trial and boyfriend of defendant). I was the plaintiff in this case, James Lukowiak got me everything I asked for, mainly keeping my daughter in the same school system where I live. Avoid this lawyer. Do not hire him, this LICENSED lawyer was put into a STANDSTILL in a TRIAL by someone who was representing themselves and know BASIC LAW. if you want to lose your case, I think you should hire this lawyer.
