After over 25 years of having Jim do my taxes, he inexplicably ghosted me! He would not respond to numerous phone calls and emails. And this came at a time when I was particularly vulnerable, with some new changes I had, and tax issues I needed his help with. I was forced to quickly find another accountant- one who had no knowledge of my financial history, to quickly prepare my 2021 taxes before I could be penalized I’m sad to say that I could never again recommend Jim to anyone, in good conscience.
