Our family hired James Bean to facilitate the liquidation of our dear Mother's belongings recently. God rest her Soul. I could not be more pleased with the results. They were a true God-Send in our time of sorrow, their humorous and friendly owner, Brian, answered so many of our questions with extreme knowledge. DO NOT HIRE!!!!! They sold items that our family wished to keep in the family. We were not able to remove the items from the house prior to the sale, but left notes to not sale the items. When we returned there were many items not sold. Those items we wished to keep WERE SOLD. DO NOT HIRE!!!
James Bean Estate Sales did an amazing job on our sale. We had a very narrow window of time to do our sale between our move and the closing of our home. We had met with other companies and they were the nicest and also the least expensive company that we talked to. In our haste we left the house in a rather large mess and they were able to set it up to make it look almost like a model home.
