The absolute worst lawyer I’ve ever used, if you can even say that since he’s literally done NOTHING. Paid $1000 for him to start my case, it’s about 6 months and nothing has been started. Communication has been once every 3 months. Asked me for the other $1000 when he hasn’t even done any thing to start the case after 6 months. James Day was an amazing with my bankruptcy. He kept me updated through email on all of the paperwork and when my bankruptcy was discharged. He also reminded me of things that he needed. I definitely recommend him to anyone that needs to do a bankruptcy.
Absolutely remarkable experience. Jim is not like the other guys. He is very approachable , personable and professional. You can talk to him about anything. He not only helped me through this difficult period in my life but he offered wisdom and insight that the others I spoke to elsewhere did not.
