Mr. Pearce is excellent! Do not hesitate to call no matter how bad the situation is. After being denied by numerous lawyers, Mr. Pearce picked mine up. He did tell me I was at high risk of losing my license and there wasn’t a deal that could be made, but after months of work, he was able to get them dismissed and kept my license! Aside from his astounding work, he is very professional and very communicative. He makes sure you understand everything, and explains things very well.
Mr. Pearce helped me through what was going to a life altering situation if convicted. I appeared in court the day I thought my case was going to be handled, Mr. Pearce spoke to the DA about my case trying to get it dismissed. The DA was not understand and my case was moved to the following month. Mr. Pearce and I had a conversation and I was reassured that everything was going to be ok. Mr. Pearce has been my attorney for over 10 years. Has helped me in both Wake and Franklin counties with several traffic tickets and a couple of misdemeanors.
