If only I could give no stars. PLEASE STAT AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM. Justin Steele was appointed as the curator and admin of my dad's estate. Up until he took over I had everything paid. When he took over bills didn't get paid. I.e. personal property taxes, real estate taxes, irs taxes. He paid himself a pretty penny and yet here we are 3 years later and he still hasn't completed his job. The estate closed in November. Mr Steele is a very nice man. But nice is not what you need when you need an attorney to represent you. He wrote letters that were never sent. I was charged them. Multiple times I had emailed Mr Steele only to get an "Out of the office" email returned which was usually for vacations. Our case was a time sensitive case. Due to his casual time frame, we opted out of the case as it was no longer beneficial and a waste of our money. Then I received the final bill from his office. Ya know.. I gave this man the benefit of the doubt and removed the first review at his request. But to say this man is worthless as the day is long, would be an understatement. After waiting years to get an estate settled, which wasn't just his fault - but also Roanoke County, the amount he originally told me was $30K less.. Then, as I take the check to the bank, they called him to verify information and the dude was ASLEEP and the person who answered advised he - "couldn't be bothered". It explains so much.
