Unless you call everyday you’ll never settle a case. I should have done this on my own! So slow worker’s compensation withheld funds from there payment!!
By caring more about the cases that don't bring in the big bucks for him. My personal injury case I felt was pushed aside and swept under a rug. Made me feel like my case was of no importance to him because I had no objective findings. Was always rude and aggressive when spoke to on phone. Was in a head on MVA 6/5/15. Wasn't hospitalized, no broken bones, no loss of a limb, no miscarriage (wasn't pregnant to begin with), no internal injuries, no loss of life, no surgery, etc.. I had to fire him because he became aggressive towards me when I wanted him to peruse a settlement offer and was talking over me. Then when I negotiate my own settlement and I get to my hearing he is there and the system allowed him to steal $3000 of my settlement. DO NOT HIRE HIM. You can do a better job representing yourselves. You don’t have to have an attorney and why would you when they cooperate with the system.
don't ever hire this guy or use him ever because two years my girl went through waiting for her hearing and then her attorney that was taking care of her case left the firm and they didn't even give her any notification and they left her hanging in the wind so now she has to start all over again so the worst people around they suck James trying himself wouldn't even tell me why they left the case but I'm pretty sure I know why because the woman that had her case took all her information and they had nothing to go on they suc... read more
