If I could leave 0 stars I would. Multiple errors on my tax returns. The office said they could not e-file federal taxes unless in the current year which is incorrect. Steve missed 1900 in refunds one year, missed my flex spending and the recovery credit. Grateful I had a different accountant review prior to submitting because they found thousands. This agency needs to update their accounting software and practices because this is flat out sloppy and I feel ripped off for the money I paid.
The staff seems like they hate their jobs. Brought my taxes in 2+ weeks ago still haven’t heard back. We shall see. .

He is a great guy. I moved out of state 15 years ago and had a tax problem and new he would be the man!! And I was right, he didn't disappoint me.
