My brother hired Mr. Donkersloot in the summer of 2023 to handle a sibling buyout regarding our deceased father’s property. The property has a mobile home for which we had no title. Mr. Donkersloot insisted that the title needed to be cleared in order for the sale to be closed. I insisted (on good authority) it did not, given it was going to be a cash transaction.
