Dr Butler is attentive and asks and answers all my questions.
Called this office because I was having some very concerning issues and needed to schedule an urgent appointment. I was told that I would receive a call back from doctor that day, but did not happen. I called back the next morning to voice my concerns and was told the Dr. was performing procedures the previous day and that was the reason for not receiving the call back. Dr. Butler in my mind is the best GI Doc in the DMV. He always listens to my concerns and comes up with a solution to solve my healthcare needs. 5-Stars all around and I highly recommend Capital Digestive Care!
Dr. Butler is a knowledgeable, kind, caring doctor who listens to any and all concerns and helps his patients find the best care for what they are dealing with. I am so grateful I found him and he has stuck with me through my illness over the last 20+ years.
Before the appointment I was asked to list all my information (Name, address, prescriptions, family history, etc) online. WHICH I DID. It took 20-25 minutes. When I got there they asked me the exact same questions and even stated that they had no access or had not seen the web site they had sent to me online. It was pretty frustrating to go through all that trouble for nothing.
