I used Jim Adkinson, CPA to do my tax return and received the worst service and professionalism I have ever received in my life. I have sent about 10 unanswered emails, 4 unreturned voicemails and was never able to get in touch with him regarding the status of our return. Its been 2.5 months since my original meeting with him where I provided him with all of the information needed to complete our return and we are still unsure as to wether a return was ever filed for us.
