Wonderful caring professional. Shemin did the closing on our Mothers condo. It was part of a district lease, so not straight forward. She was wonderful, compassionate and professional during a difficult time in our lives, a pleasure work with!
Even a one star is too much for her. Extremely unprofessional, bad attitude, rude communicator. There are so many great professional notaries on the northshore, I am not sure why anyone should even bother using her.
