Susan and Jim are great. They do our evictions on behalf of the Landlord. Two thumbs up.
I talked to Susan to get an eviction filing started. She replied to my first two emails. Then she went dark. I tried calling, leaving voicemails, and emailing several times and no response. I see why they are cheaper than others. DO NOT work with this firm unless you want poor communication and the likelihood of your case not being resolved.
