Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Avoid at all costs. Our mortgage arranged by Glenn got completely screwed up and is costing us thousands of dollars extra. Instead of working with us to fix the issue, Glenn collected his commissions and went behind our backs posting on Facebook about our home buying journey (including photos of our new home 😱😱😱 and a bunch of personal details). Completely unprofessional, I have filed a complaint with the BCFSA regarding Glenn Issler. Glenn has no interest in serving his clients after collecting his commission. When we discovered a serious error with our mortgage (costing us tens of thousands dollars extra), Glenn blamed the lender, did nothing to help us and dumped us on a random broker while alluding to having "E&O issues". Glenn refused to even give us a copy of our own file! We will be spending our holidays in court and with the BCFSA just to get a copy of our f... read more
