Has had my tax stuff sincethe beginning of April, haven't gotten any communication from them, besides me calling. 4 calls have been made to fine out what is going on with my taxes(first time was April 14th, 2nd time was in was at the end of April, 3rd time was in May and today June 1st), was told that an extension was filed (April 9th) and the gentleman doing my taxes would give me a call later in the day because he was in a meeting. Don was easy to work with and very inexpensive.Return was done very fast. Gave us some good advice for the future in tax saving. We used to use Turbotax but no more. We would recommend this service and have done so.
Don is knowledgeable and easy to work with for taxes as well as a nice personality.
I'm really pleased with my experience here. I made an appointment thinking I would just drop off documents and we would discuss my deceased mother's estate tax return. He knocked it out while we met. He made sure all the I's were dotted a T's were crossed. It was submitted and already accepted by the IRS before I left. The price was very reasonable. Thanks Don. I was stressed about this for months and now it's done!!!
