Emailed back and forth with Nemanja at the brokerage. It seems to be staffed with all Eastern Europeans. She offered a rate, I countered, she declined saying she couldn't afford my truck. When I told her that she will then get the kind of truck that she is willing to pay for, and explained what we could offer her, it went downhill from there. Made the mistake to book a load with them again after they didn't pay a TONU for a load their shipper said wouldn't be ready until the following day. After more than an hour of no response or answer to the calls, the shipper kicked out the driver, we left the shipper and booked another load.
