Jake Transportation scheduled a delivery appointment for our shipment with the wrong company, creating an unnecessary and avoidable issue. They then arrived after our posted receiving hours and still expected immediate unloading. I attempted to contact the individual responsible for the scheduling error, but their voicemail mailbox was full. Your driver cut us off at construction zone 15 S near Gettysburg PA tonight, sped up to run us off road. Almost hit van in front of us also, trailer 2307. Reporting this to PSP in the AM. Sounds like this happens a lot according to these reviews. Dangerous drivers with your name on the trucks.

Emailed back and forth with Nemanja at the brokerage. It seems to be staffed with all Eastern Europeans. She offered a rate, I countered, she declined saying she couldn't afford my truck. When I told her that she will then get the kind of truck that she is willing to pay for, and explained what we could offer her, it went downhill from there.
