We had a wonderful experience working with Jake throughout our home-buying process. He was extremely patient, responsive, and always took the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything clearly. With the uncertainty in the market and changing interest rates, Jake was a constant source of support. Jake was great. Excellent communication, he was willing to get us numbers on houses quickly so we could make decisions, and helped us figure out the best path forward. Responded in a timely fashion anytime we had questions, and coordinated everything with the entire team. We are very happy we worked with him and his team. We ended up with the perfect house.

As a first time home buyer, I can honestly say it was a rollercoaster experience. Thanks to Jake and his team, we made it to the finish line quickly! He was very knowledgeable about the whole process! Not only doing for us what he could through his company but also helped us with a program that basically covered our down payment! My family and I are so grateful and recommend him 100%!
Jake was amazing to work with and helped guide us through getting our new loan. He was always available and had amazing communication.
