I had a fantastic experience ordering a shoulder bag from Jake & Jones. The order arrived quickly, and even included a nice hand-written note on the wrapping paper! Little details like this are what most companies are missing nowadays. I couldn’t recommend these guys more!
Ordered from their online store, but my order got "flagged" by Shopify. Only reason I can think of is my shipping address being west coast and billing address being east coast; I recently moved. The store charged my card nevertheless which I did pay, but it's now been FOUR business days with no shipment of the order I paid for. The store associate Dani Petti failed to ask for the information needed to clear the order via email and has just told me to call the store during my workhour next Monday (today is Friday).
